Sleeping in the city center of ‘s-Hertogenbosch

The newly renovated rooms and suites are decorated in a modern, practical decor which aims to make you feel at home. The hotel is ideally located in downtown ‘s-Hertogenbosch, amidst museums, shops, terraces, restaurants and the coziest cafés.
Boutique hotel Jeroen (BhJ) offers a home base for both holiday and business travelers who want to stay in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch for a few days or a few months. The rooms provide a relaxing place to live and work with easy access to the city.

What makes this hotel so special?

Due to the original layout of the monumental building hosting them, the suites are larger than the average hotel room and you will find our attic rooms are chic and cozy. Large or smaller, they will all give you an air of calm, quiet efficiency, coupled with relaxation and cosiness. And yes, that is possible in the city center!

Best possible service

In addition to a restful sleep in a comfortable bed, Boutique hotel Jeroen strives to offer its guests the best service possible. What is first and foremost a hotel room of top quality and efficient communication. All of our rooms are comfortably furnished, air conditioned and have their own bathroom. A fully equipped kitchenette is present in every suite, there is a balcony in one of the suites and our Junior Suite has an open fireplace. And, of course, free Wi-Fi.

You are welcome to stay with us for weeks, short nights or even during those busy Mondays when you are in need of a workspace and some focus on yourself. The sitting area in the suites is perfect for enjoying a meal but also for your laptop and work notebook. You can then take a bath, relax and recharge your batteries. We have tested it and do think it’s a fine plan.

Welcome and check in

Boutique hotel Jeroen works with a user-friendly self service kiosk. That means that, upon arrival, you will not see anybody in the reception area. Don't worry and follow the on-screen instructions. We have made it as simple as possible. Since we are all used to technology and smartphones, this will be a piece of cake! We made it an efficient experience: making sure that all your information gets processed in no time and you get to enjoy your room and the city as soon as possible.

Jeroen Boschplein

The Jeroen Boschplein is a square in the center of the Brabant capital ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

The square is named after famous painter Jeroen Bosch. who lived and worked in this city. It is located on the Hinthamerstraat near the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center,, which is located in the former Sint Jacobskerk.. The original function of the square was;; parking for visitors to St. Jacob's Church. After the church was withdrawn from worship and the building was given a museum destination in 2006, the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch decided to rename the square.
In front of the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center, the square filled with gray grit and grasses has a spectacular fountain, which sends smoke into the air on the hour.. The whole can be seen as a contemporary translation of the creative power of fertility. And that is also the essence of Hieronymus Bosch's source of life!
The seven-and-a-half-meter work of art, made of steel and ceramic, was designed by the Amsterdam artist Ruudt Peters. The painting 'the garden of earthly delights' has served as a source of inspiration.

What makes our city worth a visit and who visits it?

Independent travelers from all over the world love to visit the capital of the province of North Brabant for a short or a longer stay, be it leisure or business.
Plenty of Dutch people come here for events, culture, shopping or for their work.
Friends and/or family members come together for anniversaries and to celebrate birthdays, or come here to visit their loved ones and enjoy all that the city has to offer.

This city is vibrating of life and proud of its Burgundian character defined by love of life, good food, good company and a good party.
It’s really easy to feel welcome in the sunny south, were it’s usually a few degrees warmer than in the middle or north of the Netherlands, but especially because of the great overall atmosphere created by the locals with their joyous personalities.
